What we collect

We collect the following personal information:

When you buy something: Your name, email address, and phone number (if provided). This is needed to process your order and let you know when it is ready for collection.
When you sign up to Pot Drop: Your email address, so we can let you know about new pieces and studio updates.
When you visit the site: If you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location). No personal data is shared with Google.

How we use your information

To process and fulfil your orders
To email you when your order is ready for collection
To send you the Pot Drop newsletter (only if you signed up)
To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it

We will never sell your information to anyone.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through SumUp. We do not see or store your card details. SumUp's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

Order information is kept for accounting purposes. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is anonymous and retained by Google according to their policies.
